Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year at Riego Creek

As we begin the school year at Riego Creek, each member of our school staff looks forward to working with you to maximize your child’s educational experiences here. We will devote all of our expertise and energy to establishing a safe, nurturing and academically challenging learning environment for each and every student at Riego Creek, Roseville City School District’s newest Elementary School.

As educators, we firmly believe that a strong family-school partnership is essential to student success and achievement. Clear communication between school and home makes such a partnership possible. This handbook was designed to inform you about the policies and procedures of our school and the behavior expected of our students. Feel free to contact us regarding any questions you have about the information provided. As we continue through the school year you can get updates via the school website, Facebook, and newsletters. Communications will also be sent home via email and school messenger.

Riego Creek values active parent participation in your child’s education. This can be accomplished by being involved with your child’s learning at home and on campus. We invite you to participate in the Parent Teacher Club (PTC), Art Docent, School Site Council, English Learner Advisory Committee, Classroom Events, Field Trips, and general volunteer help around the school.
